Maku Support Group (MSG) has called upon the NASARAWA state Peoples Democratic Party to look no further and endorse Hon. Labaran Maku as its flag bearer in the 2015 guber elections. The coordinator of the group comrade Bako Ajen made the remark at the inauguration of the group in Lafia.
“For PDP to make any significant impact and have a good outing in the 2015 General elections,it is necessary that it fields a formidable and marketable candidate. One who enjoys a huge degree of goodwill within and outside the state? PDP must be seen to be a better alternative by its choice of flag bearer as this will have the potential to make or mar its chances.”
The group also asked Hon Labaran Maku to wait no further and announce his candidature so as to end speculations. Following the series of endorsements and show of support from across the state, we are in no doubt of the potency of his candidature, That is why we are calling upon the PDP in Nasarawa state to cash in on the increasing popularity and acceptability of Hon. Labaran Maku and make him its candidate.
