Miss Ambassador For Peace Advocate 2017, Queen Wanda Monye who recently launched her NGO and Peace Education Campaign sets to kick start her dream big delta project.
Queen Wanda Monye has already kick off her Peace Education Campaign in Asaba Delta State where she reached out to schools in Delta state to educate students and share materials to them as well.
While speaking to the newsmen in Asaba, Queen Wanda said the project is set to motivate and inspire students in various schools while the delta state dream big project is a multi-faceted reality TV show that starts with reaching out to the youths of the different district of delta state, the project is aim at training Young Entrepreneur and awarding scholarships to selected recipients who prove themselves to be ready, worthy and hardworking.
She will be reaching out to Colleges, polytechnics, Universities, Social groups. Generally with free auditions to select potential beneficiaries in the areas of music, comedy, film making/ acting, fashion, catering and event planning, makeup, bead making, hair styling and school scholarship.
Having identified these talents, each beneficiary (minimum of three from each field) will be trained in each of these fields:
According to her, the beneficiaries will be trained and mentored in their various field and will be imparted will the grit and character to succeed in the pursuit.
Secondly, each beneficiary will be given cash prizes and the cost of their training and mentorship will be taken care and also the beneficiaries will be given the necessary exposure and opportunities to succeed and rub minds with the crème of the various industries.
The eventual success of this project will no doubt promote peace and unity, create a positive vibe amongst the youths of Delta State and it will give them a reason to believe again that good things can still happen to them and the far reaching effect cannot be quantified.
