President Of Senate Congratulates Gbong Gwom Jos, Berom Nation For Clocking 15 Years On Throne

The Nigeria Senate President, Sen.Goodwill Akpabio has congratulated the Berom Nation, the Gbong Gwom Jos for his pragmatic leadership as he clocks 15 years on the throne, as he also celebrated the Nzem Berom annual festival of farming season.

In the Plateau Central Senatorial District of Plateau State, Sen represented Akpabio. Diket Plang held at Rwang Pam Stadium .

He said the Nigerian Senate has promised to provide support to end the insecurity bedeviling the state, adding further he said; “As you gathered today to celebrate the Nzem Berom festival 2024 farming season, we 10th Senate assure you of sharing with you, your joy.

Godswill urged the Berom Nation to continue to celebrate the rich culture of the state and showcase the symbol of the peaceful coexistence amongst the ethnic nationality of the middle belt people.

He admonished that the culture of the Plateau people has not been richly tapped adding that it must made to let the world know that there are treasures that lie in the land just like the Brazilian national festival of ethnic culture.

“We mark three significant rich cultures of the Beroms people, the launching and the establishment of technology village to harness the talent and technology of youth to also promote the culture of hardwork.

He commended the Berom Nation for nursing the idea of engaging the youth in meaningful development of their skills acquisition program that can liberate them from abject poverty and add value to their l growth.

Akpabio commended the Gbong Gwom Jos Da Jacob Gyang Buba for his visionary leadership of adding value and fostering unity among the Berom other tribes residents in the state capital.

According to him, the Gbong Gwom Jos demonstrated a commitment to partner with other people in imbibing the spirit of hardwork towards promoting the Plateau unity forum.
