Plateau State College Of Nursing Sciences, Vom, To Commence Post  UTME Screening September 23rd

The Provost  Plateau State College of Nursing Sciences, Vom, Mr Sambo Danlami, has disclosed that the college had commenced the post UTME screening of eligible and qualified candidates who scored 180 and above in the JAMB results for the 2025/26 academic session.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with journalists at Jos Campus on Thursday, Danlami said that the college has shortlisted eligible candidates and set up a date for physical verification in barges.

According to him, all candidates who scored 180 and above in JAMB and chose the College as their first choice to check the notice boards at Vom and Jos Campuses are to avail themselves  .

He explained that the screening Dates (Vom Campus):” 23rd September, 2025: Quanpan, Shendam, Mikang, Langtang North, Langtang South, Kanam, Pankshin, Wase, Jos East, Jos North.

“24th September, 2025: Kanke, Mangu, Barkin Ladi, Bokkos.

” 25th September, 2025: Riyom, Jos South, Bassa, Other States/Spill Over”, he stated.

The provost called on those for  Jos Campus that screening would start on the 26th September, 2025: All Plateau LGAs, then other states are scheduled for 29th September, 2025: Other States/Spill Over.

Mr Sambo Danlami emphasized that all screenings will be held at the Vom Campus, as candidates are advised to come with their relevant documents and be punctual.

He stressed that the college segmented the screening to ensure a smooth exercise to avoid overcrowding with students.

We don’t want to subject our students to unnecessary pressure because last year’s exercise was congested, where all the eligible candidates arrived on the same day.

We admonish our candidates to take advantage of the adverts and follow up with the appropriate guidelines to ease and reduce the cost of transportation.
