The Members of Plateau southern and central unity forum has received with shock the death of their first Chairman, Pastor Emmanuel Nanle whose death occurred in faraway India.

In a press statement made available to journalists in Jos the secretary general, Haji pangkughai Irmiya described the death as unfortunate and untimely to all members.

We announce the death of one of our founding member and former Care taker Committee chairman Mr. Emmanuel Nanle whom until his death was the Director of press and public affairs to the Executive Governor of plateau state.

The death of Mr. Emmanuel Nanle comes to us as a rude shock but we are console in the Lord who is the giver and taker of life.

The Plateau southern and central unity forum sympathies with his immediate family, friend church and the government and people of plateau state over this sad incident.

We will never forget your legacies and mentorship which has continuously driven this forum to where it is today.

You have touched almost all that you come into contact with during your lifetime and Left indelible Mark on the sand of time. We are console by the fact that you are resting at the bosom of our lord saviour Jesus Christ.

We are determining to carry on from where you stopped as part of keeping your legacies.

The Hon. Commissioner, Ministry for Local Government And Chieftaincy Affairs, Plateau State, Alhaji Dr. Dayyabu Yusuf Garga has described the Late Director of Press and Public Affairs to the State Governor, Mr. Emmanuel Nanle as a great youth mobilizer, dedicated loyalist and workaholic who has positively influenced and impacted lives.

In a statement in Jos the Plateau State capital, the Commissioner said Mr. Nanle possessed the rare combination of courage and humility, “that despite his bluntness and open political dedication, commanded respect across different classes of people.”

“Working with the Late Nanle has taught many the virtues of humility, sincerity and sacrifice for one another which were clearly seen in his lifestyle,” he said.

Condoling with the Governor, the family, friends and associates of the late Mr. Nanle, the All Progressives Congress as well as the people of the state over the loss, Garga expressed ‘rude shock’ over the “unfortunate passing away of the vibrant and highly efficient Director of Press and Public Affairs.”

He however expressed confidence that the Late Nanle is resting in heaven, especially given his ‘firm’ dedication to his faith.
