Plateau South Group Passes Vote Of Confidence On Senator Daduut, Says She Deserves FG Appointment

A Group operating under the auspices of  Plateau South Youth Movement for Good Governance (PSYMFGG ) has expressed its endorsement for Senator Nora Daduut to be considered for a Federal Government appointment in the All Progressives Congress (APC) Led Federal Government stressing that she is very qualified.

The Conveners of the Group, Comrade Istifanus Jatau, and Comrade Felix Emmanuel while briefing journalists on Saturday in collaboration with other APC support groups, in Jos , highlighted the impressive performance of Senator Daduut in her previous national assignment as Senator representing Plateau South in the Ninth National Assembly.

The group emphasized that Senator Daduut’s extensive leadership experience and notable achievements in serving Plateau South Senatorial District make her a suitable Personality for the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration.

” We are passing a vote of confidence on Distinguished Senator Nora Ladi Daduut for bringing massive development to the Plateau South Senatorial District”

” Our attention has been drawn to a Press conference by a group operating under the umbrella of APC Plateau South Compatriots     in which they accused our First Female Senator Prof  Nora Daduut of underperformance while in the 9th Senate .”

As a group we describe these allegations as false and baseless as Senator Nora Daduut invested all energies and resources in ensuring that the Senatorial district moved forward.

They added that ” If one Plateau man succeeds at the National level, it is a collective pride and it is for the good of the entire State, . One would certainly want to align himself or herself with success, but here we are with dissident persons whose empty minds talk about failures rather than think and speak progress values for human development. 

“The performance of Senator Nora Daduut in two and half years is an open record which enemies of progress refuse to see.

They added that “On assumption of office two years ago, Senator Nora Daduut  as a seasoned Administrator and teacher, immediately kicked the ball running by embarking on projects that touch on human life and development which she has documented “.

“As Senator  Plateau South, Daduut Sponsored a bill to establish the Federal Agriculture Research Center (NAMU), She also called for immediate review of budgetary allocation to the National Veterinary Research institute VOM Plateau State to boost the vaccine production capacity of the institute “.

“Senator Daduut also called for urgent extension of new railway standard gauge from Kaduna to Jos in other to ease the transportation system in the country etc. “

She also empowered Women and promoted youth development through various initiatives, like the Provision of grants, Provision of empowerment items (Saloon Kits, Sewing Machines, Power tilers, Keke Napep, Motorcycles, Grinding machines, and more) Training in skill acquisitions (ICT, Rice Farming, Fish Farming etc.).

Daduut in her short stay in the National also facilitated employment of young graduates, she constructed several drainages and culverts in the Senatorial district as well as facilitated the provision of grants for youths.

Senator Daduut also constructed 4 blocks of classrooms in her zone , facilitated the completion of various developmental projects, including the construction of an ICT center in Namu, the access feeder road-Zanzat-Kwallak Rd and installed two  Transformers in Langtang North constructed classroom blocks in Mile 4 (Langtang South) as well as healthcare facilities in Shendam, Wase, and QuaanPan LGAs,.

She also provided  Solar streetlights, and constructed boreholes in Wase, Shendam, Langtang South, Mikang, and QuaanPan to improve the living standard of her constituents.

Daduut also aided some constituents through various interventions, such as cash donations, food items, scholarships, medical outreach, and provided educational materials. In summary, had a positive impact on the constituency and the country at large.

Senator Daduut who is a global personality was also a delegate of the Senate of the Republic of Nigeria at Parliamentary Conferences and Seminars in Birmingham, Djibouti, Kigali, and Harare.

Senator Nora Ladi Daduut also contributed a lot to our dear Party APC while in the National assembly as her achievements throughout her tenure were feasible and could be felt in all the Senatorial District couple with her robust contributions to national discourse.

” We have it on record that Senator Nora Daduut worked tirelessly by canvassing support for our President, National Assembly elections as well as the Governorship and state assembly elections.

She also worked and delivered her polling unit and ward to our President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

In as much as her next level of political moves is in the hand of God, no amount of sponsored   blackmail can deter her.

She is prepared for any task ahead, Senator Nora Daduut is a people-oriented leader and has the capacity and competency to deliver on any task given to her, those who were beneficiaries of her various empowerment programs can testify to her achievements.

“We dare say that her actions while in the Senate are refined in response to public sentiments aimed at improving the people’s values and specific welfare sectors manifesting her achievements which reflect her earlier stated  legislative interests to include; education, security, agriculture, women and youth development.”

As a group we reiterate that Senator Daduut  is very  qualified for any Federal Government appointment under the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led Federal Government .

” If given a federal government appointment, Prof Senator Nora Daduut would bring her wealth of experience from the academic sector and key into the  great plans President Tinubu has for the country .”

The group also lauded   President Bola Tinubu on his choice of Service Chiefs, insisting that the appointment of these officers will considerably tame insecurity in Nigeria.

” Our President His excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu so far has appointed credible personalities as aides in his cabinet ” they further added
