Plateau Police Declares 13 More Suspects Wanted In Connection With The Killing Of General Alkali(See their Names Inside)

The Plateau State Police Command has declared 13 persons wanted in connection with the killing of Major General Idris Alkali (rtd). The police claimed that the wanted persons are currently at large.

It would be recalled that 19 suspects are standing trial over their alleged involvement in the killing of Major General Alkali (rtd) over three months ago.

The Command through its Public Relations Officer, DSP Mathias Terna Tyopev, said they were declared wanted after “elaborate discreet and painstaking” investigation about their involvement.

Tyopev said, “After an elaborate, discreet and painstaking investigation into the culpable homicide case of late Major General Idris M. Alkali (retired) by Plateau State Police Command Jos, it has further revealed that the following suspects now at large had actively participated in the illegal activities that led to the death of the late General.”

He gave their names as, Kannan Nyam, Solomon Gyang Jang, Dustine (Surname Unknown), Dung Deme, Gyang Murrak, Da Chuwang Samuel Nyam Samuel.

Others are Dung Gbeh, Daddy Dogo, James Dung, Gyang Dung, Jay Boy and Gyang (Surname unknown).

The Command said the first twelve aforementioned persons, all male were from Dwei Village in Du District of Jos South Local Government Area of the State.

The PPRO added that, the thirteenth person (Gyang, whose Surname is unknown) is from Gushet Shen Village also of Jos South Local Government.
