Perm Sec Yakubu Mallo Eulogizes Governor Mutfwang For Appointing All Ethnic Groups Residents In Plateau

The Plateau State’s newly sworn-in Permanent Secretary,Mr Yakubu Ishaya Mallo has appreciated Governor Caleb Mutfwang for finding him worthy to serve and drive the state civil service to an enviable high and appointing all ethnic groups residents in the state.

Speaking to Journalists at the Rockview Hotel opposition Government House Rayfield at his reception venue, Mallo thanked God almighty for the opportunity to work in different ministries and departments.

He promised to implement the policy of Governor Caleb Mutfwang administration towards improving the well-being of the citizens and meaningful development of the state.

Yakubu Mallo expressed a desire to work with all the categories of persons as an experienced civil servant who had reached the pinnacle of his professional discipline, however, the governor carefully selected those who performed well.

He said, that with the promotion as the permanent secretary, he promised not to disappoint Mr Governor who bestowed trust and confidence in them.

According to him, I’m prepared to take charge to effectively discharge his function as the unifier in building synergy with the appropriate agencies to safeguard and enhance Public service, delivering purposeful leadership.

 Mallo pointed out that they’re to be catalysts in inspiring the workforce to deliver quality leadership and governance.

He emphasized that their roles are crucial in driving Plateau State’s economy towards sustainable progress and prosperity for all citizens.

The Governor’s appointment is leverage on extensive experience in building a more efficient and responsive Civil Service that will serve as a model of excellence and pride for Plateau State as they were sworn in.

Additionally, the appointment of all the ethnic groups’ residents in Jos, the Plateau state received a commendation for a display of pragmatic leadership and an all-inclusive.
