PDP Aspirant Malam Zakari Narrowly Escaped Being Lynched By Political Thugs In Kazaure Jigawa During Party Primaries By Umar Faruq Usman, Dutse
PDP primaries in Kazaure Local Government Area ended up in crisis as thugs stormed the party secretariat tried Malam Zakari Abdukadir to lynch the aspirant who was given an automatic ticket to contest for the state assembly to represent Kazaure the state house of assembly, however he escaped narrowly from the hands of the thugs.
Our reporter who was at the party secretariat in Kazaure learnt that it was his fault because he was the one who invited them to the party office thinking that they will assist him to win election in 2015, a situation which lead the thugs to have the opportunity to invade the office as they started abusing because of money, they tried to even beat him up.
It was reliably gathered that the aspirant ordered the police to arrest the leader of the thugs after he narrowly escaped from their hands, also sources within the police confirmed the story as they said that the police dealt with the leader of the thugs to the level that the police locked him in their custody.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the Council, Abubakar Sadiq Mabo, of Kazaure confirmed the story as he faulted the aspirant for his weakness because he was told that anything he will give to political thugs should be handed over to their leaders to avoid problem within the party
When contacted women leader of the party in the council, said the primaries was conducted peacefully, she added that only the thugs who abused their aspirant and tried to beat him up, which she is a very bad thing as she lamented further the way and manner aspirants give money to thugs, saying that is unacceptable.
