OSAF Condoles Aregbesola Over Mum’s Demise

Osogbo-born Professionals under the aegis of the Osogbo Affairs Forum (OSAF) has sent its heartfelt condolences to Osun State Governor, Mr Rauf Aregbesola over the death of his mother, Alhaja Saratu Aregbesola which occurred today.

OSAF’s condolence message was contained in a press statement signed by the Convener, Prince Hameed Oyegbade and the Chairman of the Steering Committee, Mr. Abdulrahman Okunade.

OSAF condoled with Governor Aregbesola, members of his family and the entire people of the Osun over the demise of the mother of the governor.

The group said the late Alhaja Saratu who was fondly called ‘Iya-Olobi’, was not only a great and successful business woman, but indeed was a good mother.

According to the statement: “Osogbo-born professionals home and in the Diaspora commiserate with Governor Aregbesola on the death of his mother, Alhaja Saratu who died today”.

We also identify with the Deputy Governor, Otunba (Mrs)Grace Titilayo-Laoye Tomori on this sad occurrence in the family of her boss;  praying that “God would give the Aregbesola family, the fortitude to bear the loss and grant the late Alhaja Sanatu, Aljanat Fridaus.”
