Organ Harvest: Kehinde Kamal Family Drags Dr Philip, Plateau State Govt, Six Orders Into Fresh Litigation

A Plateau State High sitting in Jos Division on Thursday has adjourned to the 4th Day of December,2025 for case management in a suit challenging Mr Noah Kekere,Dr Philip Dachung, Mr Yusuf Abdullahi, Plateau State Ministry of Health and Attorney General and Commissioner for justice

The presiding judge, Honourable Justice Bon.Ngyou while adjoining the suit urged the counsels to exchange all pleading the family alleged conspiracy against the victim  .

In a  suit No PLD/J574/24 between the people of Plateau State filed by Mrs Kehinde Kamal against Noah Kekere,Dr Philip,Dachung,Mr Yusuf Abdullahi,Plateau State Ministry Health and Attorney General and Commissioner for justice as defendants.

” You could recall that they defendants we’re charge  with four count charge bordering on conspiracy, culpable homicide, and causing serious injuries to the victim whose kidney was alleged used for selling, and trafficking overseas”.

The counsel to the claimant, Barr.Samson Ike told the court that the matter was slated for hearing and the 5th and 6th defendants had filed counter applications dated 29th Day of January,2025 and was filed 5th Day of February,2025 respectively.

However, upon hearing the claimant application without the defendants opposing it the court granted it as prayed .

A senior state counsel representing the 5th and 6th defendants Piret.M.Dashan moved her application seeking the order of the Honourable court for extension of time and was graciously granted.
