North, South Group Endorses Peter Obi Candidacy, Prophet El-Buba Urge Voters To Reject, Atiku &Tinubu

A group under the aegis of the Coalition for Better and Brighter Nigeria (IBBN) supporters from the North, South East, South West, South-South, and North Central have commenced a solidarity campaign in Plateau State canvassing support for Dr Peter Obi /Datti .
The campaign /prayers were held in Jos Tin City on Saturday at Rwang Pam Township Stadium with a call on the electorates to vote for the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi and his running mate Yusuf Datti-Baba Ahmed in the 2023 general election.
The group founded by Prophet Isa El-Buba the founder of IBBN and President Evangelical Bible Outreach Ministries International has called on Nigerian voters to reject the All Progressive Congress, APC, Ahmed Asiwaju Tinubu, and Presidential candidate of the People Democratic Party, PDP, Alh. Atiku Abubakar, at the polls, for them to take their destiny into their own hands and decide the fate for a better Nigeria.
He urged the faithful to insist that power must change hands by shifting from the north to the South as gentleman agreement reached by the founding fathers of democracy,” enough is enough” of lopsided and biased religious promoters in Nigeria.
The Jo’s stadium venue witnessed an influx of Muslims, Christians, and Traditional, Religion leaders with a theme: “Good Governance and a New Nigeria”.
Prophet El-Buba maintained that power shall shift come 2023, we want a peaceful country where everyone is free to practice his or her own religion, adding that we want to claim our inheritance.
He frowned that it would be wrong for a particular session of the religious to dominate cabinet one zone had continue to feel superior and dominate the over 590 tribes.
“We are saying ‘Enough is enough” that Nigeria is a nation, and that Middle Belt is the one holding Nigeria together.
“If Muslims come to my house, I give them a mat to pray and if I go to Muslims in their house, they will give me a room to pray my own Christian way”.
He said that tomorrow must be decided today, adding that whether however, mentioned that Peter Obi is not their Messiah but rather an instrument for salvation.
“Peter Obi can become nothing without us. “Whatever you are doing, live a life of purpose. Your father made a mistake in the past, but you should change from it. As I said, Tinubu or Atiku will fail.
“We must fight the right fight. Death is not a tragedy. . . it is death without purpose. It is not about Peter Obi but it is about vision. Peter Obi is not a Messiah but he can be an instrument. This fight is not about you.
“I rather fight the right course and not get to the end rather than fight the wrong course and get to the end. This is so because God is a God of continuity. Our so-called leaders use religion to divide us, they go to Abuja to deceive us”.
Similarly, former Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Plateau State, Dr. Haruna Dabin, told the gathering that it was time to talk because talk was cheap as 2023 was time for action.
Dabin said that Nigerians cannot continue to talk like that over and over again and expect a change, pointing out that they will not allow President Muhammadu Buhari to bring another Fulani man to succeed him after his tenure elapses in 2023.
He urged Nigerians not to agree to that awkward agreement and regard APC as dead on arrival, saying they have to fight when there is no sign of victory.
“In 2023 we will fight and die because it is better that way. Election of 2023 is a do-or-die affair because you either win or lose.”
Other contributors believed that the presidency, this time around, should come from the South East as it has gone around all other geopolitical zones.
“We want peace in Nigeria. You should regard Muslims, Christians, and other religions adherent as your brothers and sisters. But The National Youth Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) said that he was yet to see elders who were ready to die for Nigeria, adding that it was time for people to walk the talk.
At the “Yes Peter Obi Support Group” which witnessed Two million supporters at the Rwang Pam Township Stadium, Jos, which was led by Prophet Isa El-Buba Sadiq himself, he explained that he was not only sitting at the pulpit but that he came to declare his support for Peter Obi.
He said that other candidates had to try to negotiate his stance against his support for Obi’s candidature. “I assure you that nobody can buy my conscience and stand. “No politicians can rig elections themselves and their children. They use you (youths) as vulnerable tools. I am warning them to stay clear. My office is only open to Obi as President come 2023. No any other”.
Sadiq told the supporters that they must be proactive because there is a lot of work to be done, adding that his family and himself decide to sacrifice their lives for the Obi journey to better the supporters’ future.
For him, the Middle Belt is standing for Obi and the people of Nigeria are not talking about Peter Obi as a candidate but they are tired of the happenings in Nigeria and they need a change.
He said that the electorates are in the majority of the country, adding that by God’s grace, they will take over the leadership in 2023.“We can no longer watch our children being slaughtered by militias imported into this country. We are going to devote our resources and time to ensure that we achieve this goal.
“We want to ensure that before November, we will recruit over 40million people for this course. At the federal level, I urge you all to vote Obi and you should not have any covenant with any political party.
“At the State level, vote any credible candidate irrespective of parties”, urging Obi’s supporters to avail themselves of training after that they shall be deployed to fight for Labour Party but without violence.
