The North-Central Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Forum ( APCF), Alhaji Saleh Zazzaga has called on the governorship candidate of the Labour Party (LP)in the 2023 Plateau Governorship election Dr Patrick Dakum, former House of Representative member Hon Edward Pwajok ,SAN, and the chieftains of the Labour party to return back home to APC.
He pleaded with them to come back to APC as he extended his hands of fellowship to Hon. Muhammad Adam Alkali, the former member representing Jos North / Bassa including ,Hon Bitrus Kaze and others.
“You would recall that the Dr Patrick Dakum contested for the seat of governorship primaries under the platform of the APC in Plateau State and when he lost out he defected to the Labour Party and picked the ticket for the 2023 governorship election in the state .
“Urging Dakum , Pwajok and others to return back to the APC and work for the victory of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the forthcoming 2027 Presidential election,”The forum’s Chairman Alhaji Zazzaga in a statement in Jos.
Zazzaga said ” I call on APC stakeholders in the state and nation to prevail on Dr Patrick Dakum, Edward Pwajok to come back to their former home.
“Dr Dakum , Edward Pwajok were among the bigwigs that kept the party lively and formidable in the state but quit aftermath the outcome of the primaries opining that now that elections are over, they need to rejoin it and strategize ahead strictly for the Victory of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027 ,”he said.
“We the North Central APC Forum join hands to call on you all to come back and work for President Tinubu , he said.
