A former senator, Senator Musa Bako has said the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) will implement its political strategy step by step when it takeover power in 2023.
Speaking to newsmen on Monday at the party’s state Secretariat in Dutse, Senator Bako said the party has come to stay in Jigawa state and Nigeria in general.
“According to him already the party has conducted its ward, local government as well as state congresses successfully.
He said the party is already rooted and accepted in the state among politicians, most especially members of the All Progressive Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He further explained that members of the party are intact in the state, unlike other parties where wrangling has already become part and parcel of their daily activities.
Senator Bako added that unity and progress are what made them stronger within the shortest period of time.”
Adding that new leaders have been elected to run the affairs of the party in which former chairman of Gagarawa local government Alhaji Muktari Gonna now emerged as the chairman of the party
Bako called on the people to register with their party so that to make the party powerful and salvage the state from the hand of detractors who are dreaming to destroy the country.
