Ngilari Requests NESTLE And JOFF To Establish Companies In Adamawa State

Governor Bala James Nggilari has assured that the presence of industries to create employment opportunities in the state will improve the burden of enhancing development on government.

The Governor, who stated this when he received Chief Executive Officers of JOFF Nigeria Limited, Nital Holdings and Nestle Nigeria  at his office, explained the Adamawa state which is a civil service state require companies that will invest in the state.

He narrated that when they invest, it will offer employment and enhance development and commercial activities among the people.

Governor Nggilari pointed out that the state has vast untapped resources which need to be explored.

He noted that Nestle is a household name adding that the state government is willing to create the enabling environment for companies willing to invest in the state.

Speaking earlier, Leader of the team who is also the Chief Executive Officer of JOFF Nigeria Limited, Mr. Segun Fagbeyi explained that the purpose of the visit is to seek possibilities of investing in Adamawa to enhance development of the North Eastern part of the country.

In his remark, the Chief Executive Officer of Nestle Nigeria, Dharnesh Gordhon narrated that the presence of the company is felt more in the southern part of the country and stressed the desire of the company to establish itself in the North East and particularly in Adamawa state.

He expressed satisfaction of warm reception accorded them and urged that they are willing to commence talks with government towards the realisation of establishing a branch of the company in the state.

Chief Executive Officer of Nital Holdings, Mr. Alessandro Tiziani was among the team.
