He moreso insisted on the State Chairmanship of Elder Anthony Uchendu Ahaneku, and revealed that the said party chairmen led by their newly appointed kangaroo Chairman, Hon.Comrade Ifeanyi Okponwa, are on their own.

He said ” as far as I am concerned, what they did was baseless and does not have the locus standi to sack a duly elected Congress Chairman”.

They would be sued in the law court “,Ahaneku stated.

“I am still the Party Chairman. I remain the authentic Party State Chairman of Action Alliance until 2021. Even the 36 Party States Chairmen of AA does not have the right to sack me. I mean, those allegedly sacked me as their party chairman does not have the locus standi”,Ahaneku stated.
