Nasarawa State Gets N4.5 Billion As Second Tranche Of Paris/London Club Refund

Nasarawa State government got N4.5 billion as second tranche of Paris /London club refund said the state Accountant General, Zakka Yakubu Lekwe.

He unveiled this in an exclusive interview with newsmen at his office.

“As a state running an open door policy we don’t hide anything from the public domain”.

“In the first tranche we access 25 percent instead of 50 percent and subsequently 12.5 percent was accessed”.

Lekwe buttressed that N2. 9bn was for the state while the third tier of government would access 1.6bn.

But available uncovered that the state government accessed a whooping N8. 4bn in the recent disbursement.
