Workers of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly have threatened to embark on an indefinite strike if the state government fails to pay them their two months salaries.
A source told this medium that the Assembly was the only body that was yet to be paid its March salary by the state government; he further maintained that some of the workers have since taken to begging.
“Last month salary was yet to be paid and today’s date is 28/4/2015 as we expect this month wage, “The distress worker unfolded.

All effort to speak with the Commissioner overseeing the Finance and Economic Development Ministry, Muhammed Dan’azimi hit bricks wall as he  did not respond to calls to his mobile phone.
