Despite the inconclusive primaries of members of the Nasarawa state House of Assembly from Keana constituency ,The PDP went ahead and announced Hon. Francis Orogu as the substantive winner of the primaries.
The long awaited primary election has been short-changed by some movers and shakers of the party including the state executive of the PDP.
