Nasarawa Guber Race: Forgive Me if I have Wronged You in the Past, Maku Tells Nasarawa People

As the 2019 general election gathers momentum, a frontline politician in 2019 Nasarawa state gubernatorial race, Labaran Maku has seek for forgiveness from all whom he wronged in the past to bury their hatchet.

The governorship candidate of All Progressives Grand Alliance disclosed this during this year’s Eggon Carnival held at Eggon Community Secondary School.

He further said he forgive all those that wronged him in one way the other.

“So, some of the actions I took in the past might have offended some of my brothers and sisters, forgive and forget and lets forged ahead “.

Maku called on the Eggon nation to use the carnival to re-evaluate themselves with the view to fashioning out ways of placing the Eggon nation on the path of prosperity.

He also cautioned his supporters against political violence against their political rival.

He urged them to engage in issue based campaign and reject any form of inducement in order to forestall rigging.

Maku therefore promised to be accessible, accountable and run an administration that would give priority to employment, poverty reduction among others if elected governor.
