Langtang Council Chairman, Daniel Dul in Alleged Sexual Scandal, As Victim Drags Him To Court

The Management Committee Chairman, Daniel Dul who has been accused of an alleged Sexual Assault and harassment on one Mrs. Victoria from Langtang Local Government has been dragged to court.

However, the case which came up yesterday at a magistrate court sitting at UTC in Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State was stalled due to the absence of the presiding judge.

The court adjourned to 18th April, 2017 for hearing and filing of riffs of response by the accused counsel.

In a suit filed by one Mrs. Victoria challenging the management committee Chairman of Langtang North Local Government Council, Hon Daniel Dul she alleged that she was assaulted by the Management Committee Chairman.

The presiding Judge, Justice’s Dashe was absent owning to the fact that the court adopted one day off, but private counsels were cited picking adjourning date.

The plaintiff/counsel said the intention of dragging the matter to court was to establish criminal offense of alleged assault on his client.

According to the statement, the plaintiff moved to file two simultaneous hearing one from the magistrate and a second one at the federal high court against human right abuses melted on his client.

Our correspondent gathered that the management committee chairman has been escaping service and his security details had threaten  to beat the bailiff, if he attempt to serve him.

Information available to this medium revealed that the chairman aides and his security issued out threats, warning the bailiff to stay away with the services.

It was gathered that the counsel moved an application for substituted service before Thursday’s sitting but all the effort to serve the chairman proved abortive.

However, the chief magistrate court judge was not in court but a new day was taken to claim damages when convicted.

Our reporter gathered that the issue had generated a lot of interest from political pundits who described his constant misbehavior as barbaric.

The sexually harassment and molestation of women, which it would be recalled that this same person embarrassed Nigeria in the Holy State of Israel when he allegedly abused an Israeli army’s wife.

Another incident was that the council boss physically attack for allegedly snatching a young man’s girl friend at a party in Langtang.
