Kefiano Hub Unveils Creative Industry Urges Govt To Partner In Training Of Plateau Youths

A philanthropist,  Hon.Kefas  Wungak Rotshak ,(aka) Kefiano has called on the Plateau State government to partner with the Kefiano hub to revamp the creative industry and technological knowledge of encouraging small and medium enterprises.

He disclosed his willingness to help train at least no fewer than 1000 youths 100 in each of the local government areas of Plateau State on ICT derived towards repositioning the economic income of the generation.

Speaking during the commissioning of the project at Secretariat Junction on Friday, Rotshak harped on the ideas for attracting technological approach to derive the income to empower youth on knowledge of ICT technology.

He urged the Plateau Youth to take advantage of the creative industry which is such a big money-spinning industry to the economic development of the local creative that we need to key into the system.

According to him, the economic growth is gradually shifting towards the creative industry and technology which Kefiano hub is determined to train and retrain youth in Plateau state today because the first film that was shut in Nigeria began here on the Plateau so we are ready to go back to the drawing board to reactivate our creative talent.

He stated that our youth resorting to writing negative things on social media by raining abusive language on each other might not help us grow but it would rather bring us backward.

Rotshak emphasized that Plateau state is not a civil service State but this is a commercial state where everyone can derive into money money-making industry so we need to employ the ideas or issues that can generate money.

He promises to train many Plateau youths to discover and achieve their God-given talent that is from humanity.

Kefas said that the Kefiano hub is open for partnering with spirited individuals, government, and NGOs by urging the youth to avail themselves and register on how to make money on their own.

He noted that the program is scheduled to kick start between December to February 2024 where youth in LGAs shall be undergoing training in creative ICT and technology.

Kefiano reiterated that the 1700 Youth group to be trained in selected communities without their religious background or political background but to improve the IGR of the household.

He employed the youth to shun politics and work hard to improve their well-being instead of allowing themselves to be used for thuggery.

Senator Tai Idoko while unveiling the edifice urged the Plateau Youth to take advantage of it and rebuild their tomorrow.

He appealed to the Plateau State government to partner with the Kefiano hub and add value to the welfare of the local creative industry.

Idoko stated that the initiative would introduce new ideas on how to fish for their daily bread and better family income.
