Kaduna PDP Condemns The Killings Across Kaduna State

The Care Taker Committee, CTC, of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Kaduna State Chapter, has condemned the incessant killings across the State.

 

The killings have become a reoccurring decimal, where people are maimed, killed and their houses and food stuffs burnt down, even with the total lockdown across the State.

 

It is even more tragic that corpses litter these communities without been properly buried

 

These terrorists, kidnappers and bandits have taken over our dear State, and this is affecting economic and agricultural due to the activities of these rampaging criminals.

 

Our Party demands that security agencies should wake up to its responsibility in the protection of lives and property.

 

Killings have been going on unabated in Gonan Rogo, Makyali,Libere,Afogo villages,Ungwan Ma’aji,Maro in  Kajuru and GodoGodo, Jema’a Local Government, even with the total lockdown due to Coronavirus pandemic.

 

The major hotspots of the killings are in Kajuru,Birnin Gwari,Giwa and Jema’a Local Governments.

 

The Party advised the State Government on the need to engage relevant stakeholders in the peace process so as to mitigate the Crisis.

 

The PDP further called on the Federal Government to engage the military in the restoration of peace in these communities.

 

The  party’s main concern is the security of lives property and welfare of our citizens
