David Mann and other democratically elected representatives of the people on this auspicious occasion.
The Chairman noted that the sacrifices of our heroes past who fought for the enthronement of enduring and lasting democracy in Nigeria, will not go in vain as their footprint in the sands of time shall always be remembered.
He expressed optimism that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu who is a true democrat after fighting for the emergence of democratic rule in Nigeria, will continue to uphold its tenets to ensure the overall development of the country.
The Jos North Council Chairman urged the people to continue to work hard in order to sustain democracy in Nigeria, stressing that it is the only system of government where the rights and privileges are fully guaranteed.
Usman used the medium to appeal to Nigerians to support the Tinubu-led administration to ensure the smooth provision of dividends of democracy which the All Progressives Congress APC government has vowed to provide.
