Jos North Communities’ Express Shock As Buhari’s Didn’t Visit Ungwan Rogo Due TO Security Report

The Residents of Jos North North constituency of Plateau state has expressed shock that President Muhammadu Buhari could not visit to commission Angwan Rogo, Rimi roads which are giant strides of Governor Simon Bako Lalong achievements in the history of Plateau democracy.

 

The Member Representing, Jos North-North constituency in the State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Ibrahim Baba Hassan made this known to our correspondent at the Deputy Speaker Office, Plateau State House of Assembly on Friday.

 

Hon Ibrahim Hassan commended Governor Simon Bako Lalong for his tremendous achievements within his two years in office as the executive Governor of Plateau state.

 

According to him, the roads linking Ugwan Rogo communities and its environs that was abandoned and neglected by the past regime but with the completion of this road network our people are assure of democracy dividends and business activities will resume  .

 

He maintained that since the return of Nigeria to a democratically elected government the people of Jos north Local government are yet to feel the impact of democracy but Lalong coming demonstrated his selfless serving to people.

 

Rt Hon Ibrahim Hassan expresses willingness to pledged his people unalloyed support to Governor Simon Bako Lalong and  Mr President and Commander in Chief of Armed forces who was misled to cancelled his  scheduled  visit to one of the strong hold of All Progressive Congress ,APC ,in the state

 

He explained how security’s diverted the President from coming in contact with the most peace loving citizens who have contributed to the growth and development of  democracy  in Nigeria by expression concern that the people president could not visit the area .

 

In his commends ,the Member lamented that even though their security report revealed and mark the area as flash point ,the place is view as peaceful that the President can sleep and wake up without mosquito bit .

 

The following are applauded for their positive contribution to the successful visit, Deputy Chief of Staff, Barr. Bala Bako, the Executive Secretary Muslim Pilgrim Board, Barr. Auwal ,the Commissioner for Agriculture ,Mallam Mohammed Nazif ,Honourable Commissioner for Women Affairs ,Mrs Anna Izam  respectively.

 

He lauded the All Progressive Congress APC for its developmental strife in Jos North local Government Area and the recent appointment of board Chairmen and members by Lalong government of change mantra.

 

We are confidence to assure Mr President of 100% votes for his reelection bid come 2019 general elections, as the people of Jos North will give him overwhelming support.
