Jigawa State Organises Daily Seminar For Intending Pilgrims Across The 27 LGAs In The State

Jigawa state Pilgrims welfare board has begun the conducting of daily seminar to this year’s intending Pilgrims in each of the twenty seven local government areas in the state.

In a statement, the Executive Secretary of the board Alhaji Sani Alhassan said the seminar which commenced last Monday, will end on Wednesday 18th August 2015 in all the designated centres.

The statement added that, before Ramadan period the board concluded the weekly seminar for the intending pilgrims which have recorded huge success in terms of its implementations.

The Executive Secretary explained that, the board has determined to ensure that, all intending pilgrims in the state has understand basic principles of Hajj and Umrah before embarking on the journey to Holy Land.

Alhaji Sani Alhassan Muhd noted that, soon they will embark on the monitoring the seminar so as to assess the attendance and performance of the intending pilgrims and preachers.

He then called on the intending pilgrims in the state to ensure regular attending of the seminar in their respective areas so as to acquire obligatory knowledge of Hajj rite.
