The Jigawa state government is to construct 13 boarding primary schools in five emirate councils of the state.
This was disclosed by the Chairman Kautal Hore Jigawa State Chapter Alhaji Umar Kwbiru Dibantu in an interview with our reporter last week.
This action follows the series of calls by the individual Fulani groups on education to the state government, the chairman called on the state government to provide free and compulsory education for Fulani children especially from primary to the secondary school level.
The chairman lamented that Fulanis were left behind in term of social life and they are completely neglected in society, he, therefore, appealed to the government in the state to come to their aids
He thanked the Jigawa State Govt for assisting Fulani women with soft loans of 360 goats to sixty women groups while 120 Cows was also given to Fulani cattle breeders in order to empower the Fulani groups.
