Jigawa Government To Construct Forty Juma’at/Five Daily Prayer Mosques This Year

Jigawa State government says it will construct forty Juma’at/five daily prayer Mosques in thirty State constituencies this year across the state.

The Chairman tender board committee and the Permanent Secretary Administration and Finance SSG’s office, Alhaji Muhammad Musa O’ mni made this known today  while declaring the bid open for the construction of the Mosques.

He said the State government has budgeted three hundred million naira in this year’s budget for the construction and completion of forty Juma’at/five daily prayer Mosques in thirty state constituencies.

Alhaji Muhammad Musa O’ revealed that one hundred and thirty five companies are competing for the contracts.

He assured the bidders that the process of selecting the contractors will be transparent and fair to anybody.

In his short remarks the representative of Due Process and Project Monitoring Bureau, Malam Ghali Mu’azu assured the bidders that they will be fair and just in the process of selecting the contractors.

Responding on behalf of the bidders the representative of Sadiya and Aisha Nigeria limited Malam Musbahu Ahmad expressed satisfaction on the process of the bid opening and assured the government that they will do a qualitative work if they emerged winners.
