Inmate Freed by Nasarawa First Lady Arrested In Connection To Stealing Of Mikano Generator At Governor’s Hotel

A thief freed by the Nasarawa State Governor’s Wife,Hajiya Mairo Tanko Al-Makura was nab by the men of the Nigeria Security And Civil Defense Corp.

Mikaila Ibrahim (27) was apprehended alongside 6 other suspects.

In an interview with Newsmen, the former inmate Mikaila Ibrahim confesses over his involvement in the crime and promised to turn a new leaf.

The State Commandant, Gidado Mahmoud Fari stated this while parading the 7 suspects at the command.

Fari maintained that the suspected evil merchant was arrested in connection to the stealing of Mikano generator at the second wing of Taal Conference Hotel along Jos road, Lafia.

Other valuables were discovered by the NSCDC from the suspect.

Fari said the NSCDC is determined to make Nasarawa State a crime free state.

The new commandant in an interview said the command made a bumper arrest of seven suspect at Taal Conference Hotel, a hotel owned by the governor of the state, Umaru Tanko Al-Makura.

Gidado Fari said the NSCDC would partner other sisters security agencies in fighting crime to the barest minimum.

Muhammed Gidado Mahmoud Fari takes over from late commandant, Bashir Lawal Kano who died recently in active service.
