Ijaw Youth Council Worldwide Condemns Attacks On The Country Home Of Ex-Gov Dickson

The Ijaw Youths Council Worldwide has condemned in strongest terms the attack and the killing of an inspector of police my suspected criminals at the country home of the former governor of Bayelsa State, Rt. Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson at Toru Orua.

In a statement issued to pressmen by its Spokesperson, Comr. Ebilade Ekerefe condemned the dastardly act and called on the security agencies to investigate the incident properly and bring perpetrators to justice. Comr. Ebilade assured the security agencies that the IYC will activate its clan structures within and outside that environment to gather adequate intelligence that will aid them to do their job more effectively and efficiently.

The mouthpiece saluted the bravery of the Galant police inspector who died in active service and pray to God to give the family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
