IGP Reiterates Assurance Of Safety Of All Nigerians In 2015
Promises security of all road users
The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Suleiman Abba CFR, NPM, NPOM, mni, has reiterated that the Police would take all lawful measures to ensure the safety and security of Nigerians at all times while pledging the determination and readiness of the Nigeria Police Force to tackle all issues of security pertaining to the 2015 elections.
The IGP further assured the travelling public of their safety and security as they commute Nigerian roads, following the conclusion of New Year and Eid-el Maulud celebrations.
He also stated the Police and other security agencies have been deployed strategically nationwide to ensure law-abiding Nigerians go about their lawful businesses without fear and molestation.
