I Am On A Rescue Mission In Sokoto Says Ex-Transport Minister By Hassan Galadima

A Former Minister of Transport and one of the 2015 gubernatorial aspirant from Sokoto State under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Hon. Yusuf Suleman said he is ready to rescue the people of Sokoto State from poverty and unemployment if elected Governor in the state come 2015.

In an interview with Journalists in Abuja after submitting his expression of interest form for the Governorship Election at the PDP  Headquarters, Abuja said from the day he made his mind to contest,  to the day he submitted the form that the journey has been a successful one.

Hon Yusuf Suleman added that he voluntarily resigned in November, 2011 from  the Ministerial Cabinet in order to contest for the Governorship Election in the state come 2015.

He promised to bring  major revolution in the agricultural sector across the state through the use of modern technology that will help to provide job  opportunities to teeming youths across the state and develop the state and the nation economically.

The Former Minister also promised, to improve the standard of education in the state by providing quality education and quality teachers in order to move the state forward.

He expressed confidence to the large turn out of his supporters in the state and hope they will work hard to make sure he wins the 2015 gubernatorial election in the state by God grace.

Hon Yusuf added that Sokoto State is PDP state and hope the PDP will be back in the state to continue with good work they started in the State
