How Judge Allegedly Took Three Children From Their Father And Hand Them Over To Another Man

A Judge of Upper Area Court, Gwagwalada Abuja with the aid of Police and Court Staff forcefully dragged children on the floor.

Hon. Sani Mohammed Umar with the aid of his police orderly one Sergeant Abubakar and other court staff including the Registrar, Muhammad Jimada forcefully kidnapped over three children (two males and one female) aged 11, 10 and 8 respectively and handed them over to One Al-Amin Salihu to take custody of the children.

The three children are children of One Abdulrahman Abu Hamisu whose wife died in the year 2019. He has been at logger head with the mother to his late wife, Hajia Hauwa Mohammed over the custody of his children.

The Upper Area Court Judge, Hon Sani Muhammad Umar, in the absence of their father forcefully withdrew the children from their school this afternoon and handed over to one AL- Amin Salihu who was not at anytime a party to the case.

The children have at different times protested that they do not want to live with anyone but their father. They have filed a case before the FCT High Court to protect their rights under the Child Rights Act and the Constitution. The children also categorically protested that they were not following the said Al-Amin Salihu to anywhere but the judge with the aid of his police orderly, his Registrar and staff dragged the children on the floor and forced them in the car driven by the said imposter.

As at now, the father and every member of the family do not know the whereabouts of the said Al-Amin Salihu and the Children whom he forcefully took away in high speed from the premises of the Upper Area Court Gwagwalada at the stern and vehement opposition of the children.
