In spite of the agreement reached between the State Government and the organised labour in the State that no worker in the State will face harassment, molestation, intimidation as well as sacking as a result of the strike, universalreporters247.com can confirm that a female Facebook critic who is a staff of the Ministry of Justice has become the first casualty of Governor Al-Makura anger over the last strike action carried out by the organised labour recently in the state.

Universalreporters247.com learnt that a female civil servant in the State Ministry of Justice, Rukkaiyat Tijjani Usman has been fired by the state Governor in spite of the intervention of Paramount Rulers, the Director Taal Campaign Organization, Musa Illu in the state. This medium learnt that Rukkaiyat trouble started after she posted a comment on her Facebook profile over the last strike action embarked by the organized labour in the state.

Two days after the suspension of the three weeks industrial action, the sacked civil servant comment supporting the indefinite strike has ignited confusion amongst the think-tank of the current All Progressives Congress.

Feelers unfolded that the state Governor, Umaru Tanko Al-Makura summoned her to his office amidst the presence of his acolytes who lashed her for criticizing the Chief Executive on social media, even  as a competent source told this medium that all her Facebook comments on the strike were printed and handed over to the Governor.

An insider from the seat of power who did not want his name on print said one of the embattled social media critic’s comment stated that the Governor’s attempt to drag the organized labour to industrial court will not make any impact, as she further opined that the Governor will use lawyers who are also members of the NLC to fight back the state Government.

He said the comments of Rukkaiyat Tijjani Usman are more of attack on the state Government, Our feelers from the seat of power further said she developed hatred for Al-Makura and his Government following the aftermath of bio-metric, data capture, screening exercise conducted by the state Government in which her name was among the ones that were missing from the list.

“She keeps on making nasty comment on the person of the state Governor without considering the number of her followers, It was also revealed that an acolyte to the Governor warned her over her comments especially being a civil servant, the State Government sees the comments as an affront on her side,” the source said.

This medium also learnt that the governor was infuriated with the sacked worker’s comment on the Lassa Fever in which a Nurse working with the Specialist Hospital died off which led to her colleagues going on Strike.

The unfolding event contradicts the recent speech of the State Head of Service, Joseph Ancho, and the Head of service in his speech after the signing of the agreement gave the organized labour an assurance that no single civil servant would not be victimized for participating in the three weeks industrial action.

All efforts to speak to the Head of Service, The Commissioner of Justice and Permanent Secretary, Civil Service Commission proved abortive as they did not respond to phone calls.

Ahmed Tukur, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Media could not be reached at the time of filling this report, It would be recalled that a camera man, Ajigina Christopher of the Nasarawa Broadcasting Service (NBS) was also recently dismissed by the State Governor for presenting a video clip of election manipulation to the Election Petition Tribunal in Lafia.

The General Manager of NBS , Yusuf Musa in an interview with Nigerian Pilot confided that the suspension of Ajigina for revealing secret to opposition party was in conformity with the directive of the State Governor.
