How Bandits Killed 18 In Zamfara

No fewer than 18 persons have been killed by suspected bandits at Kurya Madaro in Kaura Namoda Local Government Area of Zamfara. state eyewitness accounts say the bandits invaded the community to cart away camels and horses and started shooting sporadically,

 

They also burned houses, shops, vehicles and other property in the community. The locals saY they put a distress call to the security agencies, but GOT no response.

 

 

 

They are appealing to the Zamfara State and Federal Government to protect members of the community from the bandits.

 

Kaura Namoda, Shinkafi and Zurmi Local Government Areas of Zamfara State have been facing regular attacks, killings and abductionS in recent times, despite the ongoing military operation and the measures put in place by the state government to tackle the security challenges.
