Hon Shehu Bala Condolences To Tankers Explosion Victims In Jos North LGA

The Executive Chairman of Jos North Local Government Shehu Bala Usman has sent a condolence to victims of tanker explosion as he   sympathized with  them over  the unfortunate Thursday, strategy that many loss their lives inside inferno  tanker fire incident.

The Media Aide to the Executive Chairman, Jos North Local Government Council, Mr Philip Eplong disclosed this in Jos on Friday .

He described the rising death toll as devastating and unpalatable at this crucial period of Nigeria peaceful elections .

The incident which occurred at about 12.30pm on Thursday when a tanker loaded with premium motor spirit popularly referred to as petrol cut fire on the road.

The Chairman of Jos North Local Government Shehu Bala Usman who was devastated with the news of the incident, expressed shock at the unfortunate incident that resulted in loss of lives, injuries and destruction of properties and send his profound condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the unfortunate incident.

Usman who conveyed his heartfelt sympathy to those who suffered various degrees of burns as a result of the fire and prays for their quick recovery.

The Chairman assured that the Council will constitute a committee to investigate the incident with a view to ascertaining it immediate and remote causes and to put in measures to forestall future re-occurrence.
