Meanwhile, responded to the award. Hon Samuel Kasuwa explained that Ladies & Gentlemen, you are all welcome to my new office here in Rayfield.
I am deeply honoured and grateful to have been chosen as the Madawaki Matasa. Are Award recipient for 2021. This award is testimony to the significance that the role of optometry plays in the future of the Arewa youth by improving their wellbeing and thus empowering them to secure a “future in focus”.
But I realized that by acknowledging one need, such as vision, it emphasizes the many other needs remaining Arewa youths assembly, this wonderful body which comprises youths from the 19 northern states
As Vanguard of development in Nigeria the Arewa you have resolved to award me as a worthy ambassador, I’m proud of the contribution of the association of the Northern youth is rewarding me as one of the illustrious son.
I would like to thank you all for the demonstration of love, I began my humanitarian contribution right from my secondary days by uprooting the root of poverty amongst vulnerable people in my community.
However, my dedication and caring support received through your partnership is a huge success as my Vision and Missions simply would not have been possible without you the youths.
I also believe what is often heard, of my contribution are resources in confidence-building where the members of my company who have worked with me – so many others must also share this honour.
I volunteer my heart to help promote peaceful coexistence when I became involved with volunteer groups and, after going through numerous challenges I remained interested in helping people in need. , I learned from my parents that has been involved in volunteer work is so good and I found that they were kind, warm, and wonderful.
As a result, I felt I must return this kindness to others using this model and this is the reason why I promise to cooperate with Arewa youths assembly built to love and confidence through a partnership.
It has been a pleasure for myself, as well as all of those who participated and were partners in the missions over the years. Every mission has been so exciting and full of life-changing experiences. I must tell you it enriched my life immensely and I hope that the impact of my work has enriched others as much with a small number of resources you can change one’s life. My dream is that simple assistance can change the lives of people in need and internally displaced persons for the better, a little help can help people to be better included in society, and to some extent advance the Arewa youth’s concept of sustainable human security.
My desire now is to continue my work for empowering Nigerian youths in the future. My wish is that the honour that comes with this award will be put towards improving the lives of citizens.
I am very grateful for this contribution and will be happy to see these funds put to good use in improving the vision of people in need. I am intimate with their needs. I have always tried to use my work to promote the important concept of humanitarian and political neutrality.
This award has humbled me. The award has caused me to further reflect. And perhaps mostly, I hope this award demonstrates that sometimes small individual efforts can play an important role in the lives of refugees and the internally displaced.
