The Hon. Member representing Awe, Doma, Keana federal constituency, Mohammed Ogoshi Onawo has donated relief material worth thousands of naira to the Internally Displaced Persons in the recent communal skirmishes that erupted between Fulani pastoralists and Farmers.
The Director General Mohammed Ogoshi Onawo campaign organization made the donation, while at the palace of Sangarin Daddere,Abubakar Umar condole the Paramount ruler over the demise of some Tiv people maimed by Fulani headers.
He explained that the donation of cash, bags of rice, maize and mat was part of his frantic measure to nip the lingering crisis by the bud. Hon. Members support to the displaced persons.
The Sangarin Awe applauded the effort of the Honorable member for the support given to the IDP’s in his domain.
Attributing the mass exodus of TIV’s and other ethnic groups to Awe as a fear to the unknown Calling on Fulani pastoralists to bury their hatchet for the interest of peace and development of the state.
