The former Member Representing Jos North /Bassa Federal Constituency of the Plateau state, Hon Lumumba Adeh has frowned at the current rift rocking the red chamber of the National Assembly, adding that it is not healthy for Nigeria’s democracy even as its affected the sanctity of human lives.

Adeh made this disclosure in his office in Jos on Tuesday.

He said the National feud involving the suspension of a member from legislative duty which the supreme court judgment says no member should be suspended from plenary.

Hon  Adeh disclosed that relatively speaking the Buhari administration within three years has fairly done well.

“I won’t say that Nigerians have comfort now, we know that we are heading to somewhere under the present government.

“The administration has made mistakes but we urge people to be objective with their criticism at this moment because every leader must have his area of weakness,” he said.

Speaking of rule of law, I don’t think there is a perfect government for you to make that comparison or just concluding that the government of Buhari does not respect the rule of law.

I am also cautioning the issue where security operatives keep holding El-Zakzaky and Dasuki.

Hon Lumumba Adeh revealed that he doesn’t have enough statistical data of unemployed youths in Nigeria to compare it with that of the past PDP regime, considering the unemployment within the Nigeria system, I don’t see the indices where rate doubles that of the past.

He expressed confidence that the President policies have created indirect employment where masses are engaged in the meaningful job to end legitimate work.

Hon Lumumba Adeh condemned the killing in Miango and other parts of Plateau state saying, it has no link to politics especially in his constituency of Jos north and Bassa LGA.
