Hon. Haruna Maitala Congratulates  Senator-Elect, Prof Nora Daduut

The Hon. Member representing Jos North/Bassa federal constituency in the National Assembly, Haruna Maitala (Turakin Jere) extends his warmest congratulations to Prof. Nora Daduut on her historic victory at the polls as the second female Senator-elect to represent the good and loving people of Plateau South Senatorial District in the Red Chamber.

 

 

He holds that the wide margin of the election result is an attestation of her wide acceptability which has been well spoken of by the majority of the people of the Zone and outside it.

 

 

The Hon member also believes that the overwhelming victory is an affirmation of confidence and trust hinged on her avowed commitment, discipline, and accountability in her previous undertakings.

 

Hon Maitala is confident that in her new challenging position as a Senator of the Federal Republic, she would excel and succeed in laying a solid foundation for the women folk by ensuring genuine and adequate representation as well as joining hands with other stakeholders to finding effective solutions to existential problems in the Southern Zone, in particular, Plateau State and the country at large.

 

Hon Maitala also congratulates the APC family in the state for building a solid platform by keeping to the ideals, principles, and philosophy of the party which is evident in the actualization of the policy thrust of the rescue administration in the state led by the captain of the rescue team,  Rt. Hon. Simon Bako Lalong. As a result, the APC has won the confidence of the electorates and attracted newcomers into its folds.

 

As Prof Daduut gets set to embark on the tortuous assignment, the Hon. Member wishes her good health and uncommon wisdom to succeed.
