Hon. Baba Hassan Congratulate Muslims In Celebration Of Eid-El-Fitri

The Member representing Jos North- North constituency in the Plateau state House of Assembly, Baba Hassan has congratulated the Muslim ummah for the successful completion of Ramadan period and for seeking God intervention in the presence of the global pandemic.

 

Hon. Baba- Hassan stated this in his message of this year’s Eid-el-fitri celebration while speaking with our correspondent on phone in Jos.

 

He charged the Muslim community world over to see the period as a one of the sacrifice in Islamic calendar which would draw them closer to their creator.

 

Ibrahim prayed to almighty Allah to receive the prayer, the supplication of the faithful, forgive and to heal the land.

 

He reiterated that, “with our faith there is greater reward and blessings from God as they fast for 40 days without food .

 

According to him, the COVID-19 is real and one person has died of pandemic with 46 other tested positive in Jos North LGA.

 

He urged the people to adhere strictly to the order of hand washing, putting of facemasks as well as to maintain social distancing especially at this period of celebration.

 

Hon. Hassan advised that the occasion be celebrated with high degree of caution taking into cognizance the dreaded COVID-19 pandemic that is ravaging the world.

 

He further advised all faithful to heed to Government directives and orders put in place to prevent the spread of the COVID-19.
