Group Drums Support For Hon Idris Maje, Salute His Leadership

A group under the aegis of Young Politicians Awareness Forum (YPAF) Chairman has drummed support for the reelection of Member Representing Wase Federal Constituency of Plateau State.

Chairman of the group Sani Mohammed who disclosed this at a political forum said they are working hard at the grassroots to ensure the return of Hon. Idris Maje to the house of representative in 2019.

Comrade Mohammed Wednesday, spoke to some Journalists in Kaduna, during 2018 Boxing Day, Christmas celebrations.

According to him, (YPAF) is a group of like minds ready to deliver on people mandate and good governance, justice, unity, and peace.

He said the group is out to support any politician with a people-oriented project that is willing to assist less-privilege persons one in the society irrespective political difference.

Comrade Mohammed advocated for the election of only credible candidates into elective offices, we are embarking on enlightenment campaign to ensure that only credible leaders are elected or are reelected into various elective positions.

Mohammed maintained that “Hon Maje is one among the legislators of the 7th and 8th national assembly who have so far written their names in gold by given his  constituents the best of representation”

He described Hon. Idris Maje as “the best lawmaker, a Mr. Job provider” so far in the country having served not just his Constituency but the nation in general.

He lauded the lawmaker saying he demonstrates himself as a worthy ambassador who has served as Chairman house committee on federal character commission where he respects federal character commission to Nigerian job seekers.

“Go to Wase you can hardly see a graduate doing nothing because Mr. Job provider has already engaged them with some getting federal appointments, Some has been trained and empowered now self-sufficient ,Some are busy working as facilitators in the awarded contracts such the uncountable Bore holes he constructed both hand and motorized, He has renovated a number of both primary and secondary schools including the new ones ,he has built a number of health care centers and equipped them with learning materials ,he has also provided computers to various schools and has established a skill acquisition centers where both graduates and none graduates are been trained later empowered to become self-reliant.”

Comrade Sani said that the lawmaker has since been upgraded from a member representing Wase federal constituency in plateau state to a member representing the entire northern region and the nation considering the gesture extended to people across the nation.

Comrade Sani further added that the lawmaker has been a hard-working legislator which have earn him the post of deputy leader in the 8th assembly at the House of Representatives among various committees he has served both as chairman, deputy Chairman as well as a member in of numerous committees which has landmark achievements.

He said if given another opportunity to serve, he is sure, the Lawmaker will consolidate on the gains in the 9th assembly, considering his contributions and vast experience in the green chamber.

“It is an opportunity for the APC and President Muhammadu Buhari after 2019 general elections to ensure that that likes of Maje take charge of the 9th House of Representatives.”

“No constituency can afford to throw out the person of Hon Maje away no matter their tribe, religion, region and political party difference.”

He stressed that  “I am telling you there is another Muhammadu Buhari in Maje because his name has become a subject of discussion not just in his Constituency of Wase, his home state of Plateau, his geopolitical zone North Central but the entire Northern Nigeria Maje has dominated places whenever young men and women especially graduates sit.” He said

He also said “Hon. Idris Maje is loved by his people and the entire nation because where he came from but because of his capacity to deliver the quality representation and has yielded the expected results.”

Comrade Sani stressed that “we will engage young aspiring men to know that making this country great and better place for all requires a collective sacrifice of all but in doing this we need people like Hon. Maje to serve as the ladder because he has been the ladder that many climbed through and are today at the top.

“In doing this we will use numerous platforms by showcasing his (Hon Maje’s) antecedence to ensure that he is returned not just as a member of the federal House of Representatives in 2019 but as speaker of the federal House of Representatives.” Com Sani informed.
