Grand Reception: Imo APC Chairman, Dr.Macdonald Extolled By NURTW Boss, Udeh

The State Chairman, National Union of Road Transport Workers, NURTW, in Imo, Hon.Amb.Sam Udeh (Ezeumuokorobia), was on last Saturday, 21st May 2022, extolled and congratulated the Imo APC State Party Chairman, Hon.Dr.MacDonald Ebere, on his successful grand reception ceremony of his people, the Owerri Municipal Council in Imo State.

The ceremony which was held at the Old Stadium Owerri (Tetlow Road) attracted so many respected individuals from across political parties, but especially the members of APC in the State, who trooped out enmasse on solidarity to the APC State Party Chairman,Sir.MacDonald, for his appointment by the National leadership of APC in Abuja.

Speaking, the Imo NURTW State Chairman, Comr.Udeh, who couldn’t cease his profound joy, expressed satisfaction upon the political leadership elevation bestowed on the Imo APC State Chairman,Ebere as the ruling political party  Chairman in Imo State.

Udeh, who was accompanied by some critical stakeholders of Imo NURTW and other members of men-on-wheels from across the 27 LGA’s of the state, gladly congratulated Macdonald for his successful grand reception ceremony by  his people (Ndi-Owerri Municipal) as their highly celebrated State Party Chairman.

According to Udeh, “As the leaders of our great union, (Imo NURTW) are solidly behind your emergence as Party State Chairman. We have collectively drummed our unalloyed support. We shall continue to show your party supports. Count on us any time and any day because of your meaningful experiences and leadership capacities, we are poised to partner with your good office to ensure that you delivered”.

“We have therefore pleaded our full political and electioneering supports to Imo APC. Therefore, we shall continually work in synergy as Road Unionists with political juggernauts in APC ahead of the 2023/2024 general polls so as to build an enviable Imo State”, Ezeumuokorobia assured.

Continuing, the Imo State NURTW Boss, Amb.Udeh, while speaking to newsmen at the reception venue, expressed satisfaction with the leadership styles of the celebrated Imo APC Chairman, even as he described his actions as party Chairman as worthy of emulation but advised him to always carry everyone along.

Comr.Sam, hinted,”Imo NURTW members are happy for the office of Macdonald as the party Chairman in the state and we truly know that Dr.Ebere, being well experienced in leadership, shall pilot the affairs of the party to an expected greater heights”.

Udeh, more so, appreciated the Imo State Governor,Sen.Hope Uzodinma, for making the appointment of Ebere as reality, even as he commended Uzodinma in the fight against insecurity in the state.

Earlier in his welcome address, the Imo APC State Party Chairman, Dr.MacDonald Kelechi Ebere, (PhD.), expressed happiness to be honored and received by his own people, but promised not to disappoint the people of  Owerri Municipal in particular and Imo people at large.
