Governor Sule Did Not Sack His SSA’s, S.A’s And P.A’s

The Senior Special Assistant to Nasarawa State Governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule on Public Affairs, Comrade Peter Ahemba has revealed that his principal only fired the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and members of the State Executive Council but did not dissolved all of his aides as speculated in some social media.

Ahemba made the clarification that Governor Sule was not award latest development.

He gave the hint while briefing Journalists on the activities of Governor Sule in the past two months held at the NUJ press centre, Lafia, the state capital.

According to him, ”Governor Sule only dissolved commissioners and the relieved of the Secretary to the State Government. But all SSA, SA and PA are in place.

“I also condemned in totality the speculation in the social media that Governor Sule has appointed Barrister Labaran Magaji as SSG of the State.

“Government is yet to announce who will be the SSG. The rumour is fake, unacceptable and should be disregarded by the publics”.

Speaking on the security of the citizens, Hon Peter reassured that the Governors’ administration is committed especially in the protection of lives and properties of the good people of Nasarawa State, irrespective of tribe or religion.

Reacting on the recent Tattara attack in Karu Local Government Council of the State by unknown Gunmen,The SSA opined that Governor Sule strongly condemned the heinous act and vowed to fish out the perpetrators in order to face the full wrath of the Law ; adding that Governor Sule’s policy and programmes has prioritised the security of its citizenry.

“I call on the people of Nasarawa State to be peaceful and work harmoniously by supporting the Government of Engineer Abdullahi Sule to succeed in his plan to develop the State more than what he met it”, the aide.
