Governor Badaru Abubakar has approved the re-appointment of Abdul’aziz Abdulhamid as the Chairman Board of Trustees, Jigawa State, and Local Governments Contributory Pension Scheme.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State, Alhaji Adamu Abdulkadir Fanini.
Similarly, the Governor has also approved the appointments of Alhaji Garba Muhammad Auyo, Engineer Nasiru Mahmoud Babura, and Sarki Baba Jahun as Members of the Board of Trustees, Jigawa (State and Local Governments Contributory Pension Scheme).
The Statement explained that the State Chairman, Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) the State President of the Nigeria Local Government Employees (NULGE), and the State Chairman, Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) will also serve as Members of the Board.
Others are; Permanent Secretary, Office of the Head of the Civil Service, Permanent Secretary, Directorate of Salary and Pension, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, Permanent Secretary, Ministry for Local Government, and the State Solicitor General.
The statement said all the appointments take immediate effect.
