The unannounced voyage of Governor Umaru Al-Makura State to the United States of America for medical treatment at this electioneering period may not have come as a surprise, reasons being that the governor’s health has been dwindling on daily basis.
It was gathered that the Governor prior to his journey to the United States of America for the Medical treatment, slumped at the Governor House, but was however rushed to Abuja from where he was flown to Abuja.
Unconfirmed sources, revealed that the State governor has been stage managing a prolong kidney problem.
The journey came at a time he was expected to present his 2015 budget to the members of the State House of Assembly, a presentation that was expected to take place on the 28/12/2014 just barely 72 hours to 2015.
A competent source averred that the governor after undergoing a kidney treatment will also undergo impairment, before making return back to the country.
It is now expected that the State Commissioner for Finance and Economic Development, Muhammed Dan’Azumi will now present the 2015 budget to the Lawmakers.
Further investigation reveals that the lawmakers may reject the Commissioners presentation of budget, the PDP controlled Assembly has taken a position not to allocate a kobo to the Ministry of Education until reasonable explanations were given by the Governor on the colossal amount of money accorded to the education sector.
When contacted, the Director Press Government House Lafia, Yakubu Lami, told this medium that the Governor is hale and hearty and that his going to the USA has no connection with any health issues.

According to he said; “the governor is okay, hale and hearty, yes he travelled to the USA, but his travelling has nothing to do with any ailment. He just went to rest after a stressful primary election, and every other political matter.”
