Gov.Ihedioha Is Very Accountable, Due-Process Personified, Says Info.Comm

The Executive Governor of Imo State, Chief Emeka Ihedioha, has been described as “Mr. Accountability, and Due Process” by the State Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Hon Barr. Felix Emeka Ebiliekwe for signing dreaded Treasury Single Account, TSA, into law against the already established over 260 government Accounts used by the immediate past governor.

Hon.Ebiliekwe stated this in his keynote address, as the representative of the State Governor at a Public Education and Citizens Enlightenment program organized by the Presidential Advisory Committee against Corruption in collaboration with the National Orientation Agency, NAO, at the Rockview Hotels, Owerri Imo State, recently.

He urged every Nigerians to brace up to the challenge of leading and following, by emulating the amiable governor of Imo State, a man whose word is his bond, for  people orientated society.

In a related development, the mouth piece of the State government, Hon Ebiliekwe in a meeting with all the information Officers across the State, reiterated the accountability, due process and transparency philosophy of the Rebuild Imo administration and charged them to queue in line with the administration.

He commended them for their steadfastness, even with unconstitutional deduction of their salaries coupled with huge arrears under the immediate past administration.

The Ideato born lawyer reminded them of the hundred percentages, 100% salary payment that started again this month and the need to reciprocate by putting in their best for effective and efficient productivity. 

On a final note, the Commissioner warned the officers of truancy and redundancy, even as he promised never to let the people of Imo State.
