Nasarawa state Governor Umaru Tanko Al-Makura has assured the All Progressive Congress teeming supporters in the state of a landslide victory come 2015.
The Governor who was enthusiastic about his re-election for a second tenure said the election of the new crop of 36 executive of the party is a complete turn around to the party.
The Governor who described vast of the executive members as people with impeccable credential and working experience averred that the APC is at the vantage position to win election in 2015.

Governor Al-Makura also called on other APC supporters that left for one reason or the other to return to the party for the interest of the state, He described the election that brought the substantive executive of the party as a transparent and hitch-free poll.
The Governor called on party supporters to remain calm and committed by working towards the success of the party, “The days of the People’s Democratic Party are numbered with the line-up of our executives who are mostly astute politicians and retired civil servants, said the Governor.
“Nasarawa PDP is in trouble, I’m optimistic that if the last Local Government poll was conducted with this respected and agile men and women of proven integrity the PDP would not have won four Local Government”.
APC remain the only solution to the quantum of all preponderances facing the nation, The nation needed a salvation and the agent of salvation is the APC.
The new chairman of the party,Philip Shekwor who until his election  was a cabinet member  in the state executive as the state party chairman called on APC members in the state to rally round the party, saying APC is a rally point.
Shekwor also appealed to supporters  to work round the clock by according unflinching support to the chief executive, The chairman said the party,APC has come to stay,”APC has come to prevail over PDP the way light prevail over darkness.
The embattled interim chairman of the party,Arch.Stanley Buba at the time of filling this report was conspicuously absent at the inauguration of the new executive, His absence may not be unconnected to the petition he wrote against the party for sidelining him or blocking him from contesting for chairmanship seat.
Other party chieftain attributed the woos of the ex-interim chairman of the party to the role he play during the primaries of the party, It could be recalled the interim chairman handle party affairs as his personal property as well neglect phone calls even during distress, It was also reveal that Stanley Buba is yet to settle some returning officers that work for the party during the party primaries in Nasarawa Local Government.

Sources closer to Governor Al-Makura said the embattled interim chairman may be consider as a running mate to Al-Makura if he remains in the party come 2015,A date that is closer while sources at the party secretariat unveiled that Stanley Buba is planning to decamp to Labour Party, But all effort to speak to the interim chairman was abortive as he refuse to pick his phone.
