Gov. Ahmed Approves Release Of N20 million For Bursary

The Kwara State Governor, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed, has approved the release of an additional N20 million for the payment of student bursary.

News of the approval was conveyed via a statement issued on Friday by the Chairman of the Kwara State Scholarship Board, Fatima Yusuf.

Yusuf commended the leadership and membership of the student body for their maturity and urged them to exercise patience while the payment is processed.

The approval brings to N50 million the amount released by the state government since last year for the payment of student bursary.
