The Gbong Gwom Jos , Da Buba Gyang Jacob has been accused of trading with the  Traditional Chieftaincy title  in Plateau state under his supervision to higher bidders .
Speaking to  our correspondent on the activities of the Royal father ,the   ruling House  of Mado village, in Jos South Local Government Area on the current chieftaincy battle , Da Lo Mark Challom ,Gwom Rwei ,Du ,John Gyang all  lamented that in Mado , Jenta Adamu ,Du district and Kabong community are suffering the same fate.
He also kicked against the planne by the Gbong Gwom Jos to impose somebody as the new Gwom Mado, by the Gbong Gwom Jos using traditional council.
The Lo Dung Zong family, kicked against the planned idea to make the selection, which is slated for on Thursday, by the acting Gwom Rai.
The head of the Zong family,   Da Lo Mark Challom, said in a statement that the planned; “imposition of Da Yaro Bot,” is not acceptable.
He said whereas there is a pending case before the court of appeal challenging the plan, they wonder why the traditional council on the instruction of Gbong Gwom Jos Jacob Gyang Buba, will go ahead with the plan.
Da Lo Mark Challom, said their family and some of the gazetted king selectors have been feeling that they are not been carried along in the real process.
“The efforts of the illegal acting Gwom Rai Du, to use, other illegal king selectors to the stool of Gwom Madu it is unacceptable of the Lo Dung Zong, which is the legally gazetted ruling house, since the case is still pending in the court,” Da Chollom said.
According to him the planned imposition of Da Yaro Bot, who is a brother to the Gbong Gwom Jos Jacob Gyang Buba, is a clear indication of contempt of court.
He further said the Gbong Gwom Jos, whose family of Lo Wet  does not belong to the traditional stool of Mado, yet the Gbong Gwom, is insisting for the selection of “his brother to be selected as the Gwom of Mado.”

Da Challom, stated that even though the State Chief Judge Justice Pius Damulak, is yet to avail them with the copies of the high court, their appeal is pending in the Jos division of the court of Appeal.
